This policy covers digital products purchased through Spreadsheet Planet. If a purchase was made on a separate marketplace or another seller’s website, please use that seller’s refund process.
Request a refund
Use our contact form to tell us which product you purchased, the email address used at checkout, and your order reference if you have it. Briefly explain what went wrong so we can review the request. Please do not include your full payment card details.
How we review requests
We assess refund requests individually. Relevant circumstances include a product that does not work as described, an accidental purchase, a duplicate payment, and the time since the transaction. We may ask for information to understand the issue or help resolve an access or technical problem. A discretionary refund is not guaranteed. Any refund guarantee offered on the product page when you purchased will be honored.
When a refund is approved
An approved refund is returned through the payment service used for the purchase, normally to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears. A full refund ends your license to use the refunded product, so you must stop using it and remove any downloaded copies.
Your legal rights
You retain all refund, cancellation, and other remedies required by the consumer protection laws that apply to your purchase. This includes any applicable withdrawal period and rights relating to faulty or incorrectly described digital products. These rights take priority over our discretionary review process.
